The Observation Log
Welcome to my library curious one. I am the Spectral of Observation, I am the keeper of the timeline. a protector of the divine mother, and your guide on this journey to the present.
I'm but a mere librarian, I record the events of the beings you will come to know as Dreamcatchers, and their companions called Spectrals. The events you'll be reading of are the memories of the main timeline. All of these events have already occurred and some of the catchers and spectrals in question are no longer with us.
I must warn you there are very sensitive topics and information on these shelves, so continue at your own discretion.

The Contract
Ever been in a position so powerless that you wish you had the power to change an outcome? Come on we've all been there.
Now what if I told you, you can?
Let me introduce to you, the Spectrals. They are companions of many shapes and sizes. These little critters were given the ability to grant a wish upon signing a contract! Amazing right? Sounds familiar? Oh, well the divine mother took some notes from other universes but that is not the point.
*Cough* Anyways...
Upon making this contract in exchange you're going to have to do something for the divine mother. Nothing comes free of course.
You'll become a dreamcatcher, a being reborn of the divine mother. Made to cleanse the world of the dark and negative energies of this universe, otherwise we'd all fall into a deep despair. A despair so deep not even the galaxies could contain.
Of course no magic spent comes without a price, that is where your spectrals come in. They will cleanse the gem you're given that contains your magic and eat away at the beings you slay that embody the dark energies.
Don't worry, this gem is nothing like THAT. Your vessel is already protected by the contract and your spectral. There are only two ways to really die. Crazy right?
The Fracti
These creatures are born of the most darkest of energies. It is one thing to be upset on a test grade, its another to curse the world into oblivion.
This is what you'll be fighting, and cleansing from this world. There is no going back once you come face to face with one of these things, the world is a sensitive place so these creatures are born more often that not. You are tasked to track, slay and cleanse.
Your reward? Making sure the world doesn't get casted into darkness.
These monsters don't have a specific look to them, the image below is just one of the many forms it could take. These creatures are vile, and are the very embodiment of what is wrong in this universe.
There is still so little we know about these creatures. Even the divine mother won't tell me more about them. However that shouldn't matter when the job is to slay them right? Now go, the longer we talk the more time these things have to multiply.
